Some 34,500 sq m of office space were leased in Cracow with the assistance of Knight Frank experts. The amount constitutes 27% of the total transaction volume on the Cracow office market. Thanks to such a good result, Knight Frank ended the 9 months of this year as the leader in the capital of Lesser Poland.
‘This year was very active for us. We made our strong mark as an aligned and experienced team in Cracow. The city is second only to Warsaw in terms of office space supply. The local market is constantly growing. We keep an eye on the progress and participate in office projects with the greatest potential.’ - comments Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner at Knight Frank.
‘We acted on behalf of landlords and tenants in 16 leasing processes. We signed leases in properties such as O3 Business Campus, Kotlarska 11, Equal Business Park, Porto Office B or Pilot Tower. We advised many tenants in the mentioned period, including Philip Morris, Ch2M or the Historical Museum of the City of Cracow. The year’s end is still ahead of us and we hope it will be equally successful.’ – she adds.
