Grupa Warszawa is famous for creating unique gastronomy and culture concepts. Venues designed by the group became real hotspots on the city map. Their trademark is making smart use of the architecture where the venue is located and adding a new, original twist on the location’s character. ‘Warszawa Powisle’ was the first venue opened by Grupa Warszawa. So far, its portfolio includes places such as Syreni Spiew, Stacja Mercedes, Zorza, Granda!, Weles or Biala – their newest project in Saska Kepa.
‘Warsaw is a marvelous place, with an incredible atmosphere. In comparison to the other European capital cities, it stands out with its unique dynamic – the things that needed years in other cities, happen in Warsaw month to month. One’s dreams can come true here and this is what happened for us. Our mission is to change people’s awareness and the space that we live in. We move boundaries in a way that allows us to each time introduce something new to our guests. We would like them to enjoy the moment using all their senses. Our new project in Koneser will be designed to harmonize with the unique atmosphere of Warsaw’s Praga.’– said Norbert Redkie of Grupa Warszawa.
‘We are very proud that Grupa Warszawa has chosen Koneser. Koneser ensures the perfect space for unique concepts, which combine foodie experience with artistic events. The project of Grupa Warszawa will be an excellent complement of our offer, directed to those who like to spend their time in a pleasant way. We are waiting for Warsaw’s inhabitants, tourists interested in exploring Praga – becoming more and more popular among foreign guests - and finally, representatives of creative businesses.’ – added Mariusz Kozłowski, Chairman of the Board at Liebrecht & wooD Poland.
Grupa Warszawa will open a unique gastronomy concept. The multi-levels in building G will house a restaurant, bar and club located on a total space of 580 sq m. The opening is planned for 2018.
‘In the commercialization of the Koneser Praga Center, we focus on tenants having good knowledge of the local market, who are deeply rooted in it and successful. We talk with the Warsaw’s best restaurant owners. Yet, we don’t promote a fixed vision on the tenant. On the contrary, we promote their creativity and give them free hand in creating their own concept made especially for this unique location. We share a common goal to create one-of-a-kind meeting places, so Grupa Warszawa was an obvious choice for us. We are very pleased to have created an exceptional cooperation model.’ – added Paweł Materny, Head of Retail Agency at Knight Frank.
Centrum Praskie Koneser is a development based on revitalization and introduction of new functions to the former Warsaw Vodka Distillery, located in the very heart of Old Praga at Ząbkowska Street. The commercial part of the project – under development by Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development SA – comprises 21,800 sqm of retail, service, restaurant and cultural areas, as well as 25,500 sqm of office space, including attractive loft offices. The project also includes Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel (Marriot International brand), a conference and event centre, as well as the world’s first Polish Vodka Museum. Since November 2015, Campus Warsaw – the first initiative by Google in the CEE region aimed at helping start-ups – has been located in Koneser.
