Knight Frank was awarded Forbes’ Diamond 2018. Thus, the advisory was once again acknowledged by the Forbes magazine as one of the business leaders.
‘We are very pleased to have been included on the ‘Forbes’ Diamonds’ list for a consecutive year. It proves we remain within the group of companies that positively influence the domestic market by promoting a responsible and innovative business approach.’ – commented Monika Dębska-Pastakia, Chairman of the Board and Partner, Knight Frank.
‘This year’s recognition is special to us as it coincides with the 20th anniversary of the company’s presence under the Knight Frank brand in Poland. Joining the group was a milestone in the development of the firm.’ – added Joseph Borowski, Managing Partner, Knight Frank.
Knight Frank has been present on the Polish real estate market since 1998, when a group of advisors acting as Price Waterhouse Nieruchomosci decided to join the global group. However, the team’s experience on the Polish real estate market is far greater and reaches out to 1991.
The Forbes’ Diamonds titles are awarded in three categories. Knight Frank has been included on the list of companies with a revenue between PLN 5m to 50m. The ranking is prepared according to a detailed Swiss valuation method. The list only includes companies which increased their value at the fastest pace within the last three years.
