Knight Frank will manage the Astris office building in Cracow

ASTRIS, a modern class A office building in Cracow which will be handed over for use in a few weeks, will be managed by international consultancy Knight Frank. The ASTRIS company is the investor.

The property developed in the business centre of Cracow next to the Polsad roundabout will deliver some 13,000 sq m of modern office space as well as a carpark for 160 cars and 70 parking lots for bikes.

The company currently manages properties in Cracow with a total area of ca. 100,000 sq m. 

The investment was designed in line with the requirements of sustainable construction. The property is currently being LEED certified. The property is expected to receive a Gold level certificate. The certification process grades the suitable selection of materials, technical solutions as well as particular practices and construction standards implemented during the development of properties in line with sustainable construction requirements.
