Will leads Knight Frank’s commercial insight team and is a member of the firm’s UK Commercial Board, bringing over 20 years of research expertise. For the past eight years, he has helped shape Knight Frank’s data, research and insight proposition, following earlier positions at Deloitte, Cushman & Wakefield, and Mintel.

With a strong interest in the intersection of technology and property, Will is particularly focused on how innovation is reshaping the commercial real estate landscape. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Reading.
