Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the leasing team in office and warehouse leasing processes
- Assisting in the preparation of lease proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and property owners, while actively identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting commercial real estate market analysis, including monitoring and updating databases of office buildings, rental rates, and available space
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and advisory teams on leasing projects
- Participating in lease negotiations under the guidance of senior specialists
Requirements:
- University degree (preferred fields: Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance)
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is welcome but not required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
