Associate, AI & Automation, Europe

What this role is really about

This is not just about delivering projects.

It’s about:

  • understanding how work gets done across different European markets
  • identifying where AI and automation can genuinely improve quality, speed, and decision-making
  • helping leaders see what is possible and what is worth doing
  • turning ideas into scalable solutions that make a measurable difference
  • making sure we do not just experiment with AI, but actually embed it into how the business operates

You will work closely with colleagues across Europe and globally, including the CTO, AI teams in other regions, and your peers in Data, IT, and Workforce Intelligence.

Together, you will act as one joined-up team - sharing insight, challenging assumptions, and building a clear, unified view for the European Leadership Team.

What you will be doing

  • working with business and HR leaders across Europe to understand real operational challenges
  • identifying AI and automation opportunities with clear business value
  • translating complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • helping prioritise what gets done and what should not
  • supporting delivery of AI and automation initiatives across countries
  • tracking impact, ROI, and real business improvements
  • ensuring successful solutions are reused and scaled across the region
  • collaborating closely with IT, Data, and Workforce Intelligence teams
  • contributing to global AI and automation thinking and frameworks

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for someone who only understands tools.

We are looking for someone who understands how organisations work and how they can work better.

Someone who:

  • has strong experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or product delivery
  • can connect business problems with technical solutions
  • enjoys working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions in a constructive way
  • is comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery
  • thinks in systems, not silos
  • is collaborative, transparent, and curious
  • wants to build something meaningful at scale, not just optimise locally

Above all, you should enjoy working in a team where ideas are shared openly, decisions are collective, and success is shared.

Important information

  • Location: Poland (with European scope and collaboration)
  • Fluent English required (written and spoken)
  • Polish language will be an additional advantage
